Machine Description:
- SPA 750 with LCD display of splitting thickness and scrap thickness in steps of 0.05 mm, permanent display of key machine-management features.
- Device to set thickness with thickness correction, also applicable for random thickness checks.
- Scrap suction with twin blowers and extended scrap box, thus safe and proper suction of bigger scrap sheets.
- Foot pedal for easy feeding of material.
- Knife cutting edge positioned permanently forward, controllable by two magnifying glasses.
- Infinitely variable feed drive, electronically adjustable.
- pneumatic pressure adjustment of feed roll.
- automatic grinding device, electronically adjustable, with CBN-grinding wheels.
- swivelling carrier for pressure bar and pressure roll.
