Bandknife Splitting Machine
The precision bandknife splitting machine AN 400 G is used in the rubber, plastics, cable and textile floor covering industry as a laboratory machine.
As a special feature, the machines in the G-seies have a display which indicates the set distance between the bottom weed roll and the cutting edge of the bandknife. So the desired cut level can be realized in the first splitting process.
The LCD display shows: upper splitting thickness 2.15 mm,
lower scrap thickness 00.25 mm,
feed drive 6 m/min,
digital dial gauge 0.00 mm.

Machine description:
• AN400 G with LC-display of splitting thickness, and
scrap thickness, permanent display of key machine management features, with thickness measuring device. The standard version of the machine has a clearance of 8mm material thickness
(optional 20 mm).
• The automatically self-adjusting band-knife ensures a constant position of knife edge. This position can bechecked by integradet magnifying glassed.
• For a split¬ting up to 10 mm the display shows 0.05 mm steps. Exceeding the 10 mm, steps of 0.10 mm are displayed
